This mild, slightly sweet, crushed grain mustard has distinctive overtones of honey and goes so well with potato salads, smoked fish and hams. Excellent on sandwiches: Spread Honey Mustard onto a slice of buttered, fresh seed-loaf. Top with slices of green apple & cheddar cheese. Finish with a sprinkling of raisins and sunflower seeds. 

It also goes great with smoked meat and sausages and it can be used in mustard sauces for roast gammon or pork, or added into fruity sauces for turkey and duck.
