Ginger & Chilli Relish 165g

Ginger, with just enough chilli, is added to a base of sweet red pepper with a hint of lemon to make this relish sweet, tangy, and feisty.  It is wonderful on a traditional cheese board or a smoked meat platter.

Sweet Ginger and Chilli Relish complements all things cheese and in particular soft, white cheeses like Camembert.  Try it as a dip for fried Haloumi and with smoked Mozzarella. It is also delicious with smoked meats or fish, with roast pork or duck and a small spoonful will add a spike of interest to tomato-based pasta sauces.  It is also a  delicious accompaniment to all kind of savoury tarts and quiches.

Ginger and Chilli Relish is also magnificent with beetroot, carrots, sweet potato and red onions, it adds another dimension to the flavour.
